PRE-ORDER POLICY

What is a pre-order?

You will be able to guarantee the purchase of an item that is not yet available for shipping, as it is in production. 

 

What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse.

Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they physically arrive in stock

 

How to fulfill a payment?

Payment is required at the time of the purchase. The total amount of the order will be charged once at check-out.
          

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Absolutely! If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order, you can easily cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Support Team via support@nohowstyle.com or (+39) 075 69 14 98. Please, make sure your order has not already been disptched before requesting cancellation. In this case it will not be possible to block the shipment.

 

Can I modify my order? 

Absolutely! We have a no-hassle policy toward any modification of size / product. If at any time prior to your items shipping you wish to change your order simply email us at support@nohowstyle.com or call our Customer Service at (+39) 075 69 14 98.

 

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

Waiting times vary from article to article. The estimated period for shipping availability is 25 working days from the date of publication. From the moment the item arrives in our warehouse, we will process the orders within two days. 

 

When a delay occurs and why?

The items of our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although errors may occur.
In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Service Team will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

 

Can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

Absolutely yes! You can:
- Create two distinct orders: one that includes only the goods available in stock and the other that includes the items in pre-order;
- Get in touch with our Customer Service Team in order to request more information on items in pre-order;
- Place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive.
